1)  FREE Shipping?   We offer FREE shipping in for all United States orders. This does not include returns or exchanges. 

2)  Where are you located?   We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have fulfillment centers in New Mexico, California, and Arizona for certain items. We occasionally sell at local events and markets. Our dates and locations are posted on our Instagram. But you don’t have to wait, our products are always available from our online website.

3)  Where do orders ship from?   Depending on the product, our orders are shipped out from fulfillment centers in New Mexico, California and Arizona.

4)  How long do orders take to ship?  Up to 5 days after printed, depending on order size and the products ordered. Normally we have inventory on hand and can ship out the following day.

5)  How do your shirts fit?   Our shirts fit with a modern, athletic fit.  If you have a fit question please email us and we will recommend a good size for you based on your height, weight and fit preferences.

6)  How do I contact Hello ABQ!?  We do not have a dedicated customer service line available at this time. However we return emails very quickly and promise to make your email a priority if you need us. Additionally, from an email request we can set up a return phone call, by appointment.

7)  Do you ship internationally?   At this time we only ship in the USA. That includes Alaska and Hawaii.

8)  I have a quality concern.  What can I do?   No problem. Please do look over your order as soon as it arrives. Your happiness is our success.  If a return is required return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Kindly email us right away so we can take care of you. hello@helloabq.com

9)  Return Instructions:   For online orders, we accept returns in new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn for a store credit within 25 days of purchase. Our return address is Hello ABQ!, 4600 Paradise Blvd NW #67587, Albuquerque, NM 87193.
For your return, please:

  1. Place return items in a securely packaged envelope or box..
  2. Adhere the UPS/USPS label on the box (postage for returns is customer’s responsibility).
  3. Deliver box to one of your carrier’s facilities. To arrange a pickup from USPS, visit: www.usps.com/pickup. To schedule a pickup from UPS, visit: wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule.
  4. Notify us via hello@helloabq.com about your return and desired outcome (store credit or exchange).
